If you plan to purchase a puppy, please fill out the form at the end of this puppy agreement and then send your non-refundable deposit to the address listed below.

A deposit is required to hold puppy after phone interview and filling out puppy agreement. Puppy must be paid for completely by 6 weeks. Deposits are non-refundable. This puppy is a AKC bred miniature Schnauzer and Sire and Dam have been DNA tested for soundness and from disease. Parents have been Embark tested for 161 disease plus checked by a licensed Ophthalmologist , to be sound and healthy parents. The puppy can be picked up at 8 weeks with a designated date and time or shipped to your location at a price. The puppy will be seen by a veterinarian within 3-5 days of receiving new puppy. Guaranteed to have Wormed at  2,4,6 weeks and first puppy shots at 8 weeks of age.  Puppy is sold to be a pet and companion not for breeding or resale. Limited Registration. All puppies shall be spayed/neutered by veterinary advice of age . Usually between 6-12 months of age. You will receive health record of puppy and a care package.
